Social Media is a great tool. Adoption of online news is growing at a rapid pace making it increasingly important for companies to be plugged in on the web!
Social media has the potential to give a large return on investment. Social media allows you to not only maximizing awareness of your company’s mission, but reach a highly specialized target audience. Social Media is all about jumping into the conversation to create direct honest communication.
As a public relations student it allows me to network within my community as well as network on a global scale. Throughout this semester I conducted various video interviews and created video stories that highlight Auburn University and the surrounding communities.
