Polly Payne :: Biography
I was born in Fairhope, Ala. I consider myself extremely lucky to grow up on the gulf coast. I attended fairhope high school where I fell in love with painting and theatre.
I began attending Auburn In 2005 and immediately declared my major in public relations. I knew I was cut out for this field because I have a passion for learning as well as educating others. I am an active person with a determined schedule. In my spare time I enjoy blogging about PR, painting, reading, teaching and traveling.
I traveled and worked abroad in Europe last summer with french students. I visited Paris, Bordeaux, Madrid and worked in London. This experience increased my global understanding of what it takes to understand and reach other cultures by listening and adapting.
This skill of adapting is increasingly vital as social media opens the gate a more global economy. I aspired to work for a globally competitive company and continue traveling.
